Threadneedle has appointed Irina Miklavchich as manager of the £130 million
Global Emerging Market Equity fund,
Financial Times reports. She will be replacing the fund’s current manager Vanessa Donegan, head of the £6.1 billion Asia and global emerging markets equities team, who has resigned from her position.
Donegan and the portfolio’s co-manager, Rafael Polatinsky, will continue to support Miklavchich in running the fund. Miklavchich joined the firm in February 2011 from Goldman Sachs, where she was a member of the global emerging markets team.
