LCP has promoted three executives to the position of partner in its actuarial, investment and pension administration teams in the U.K. and Ireland, Professional Pensions reports. The newly appointed partners are Ian Mills, Roma Burke and Daren Newman.

Mills, who had joined LCP’s investment department in 2009, provides investment advice in the application of derivatives to pension and annuity hedging, while Burke is a scheme actuary to a number of Irish pension schemes. Newman works in the pensions administration department.
