CME Group has revised its recent proposal to increase daily price limits for corn futures and options. The exchange operator has proposed raising the daily price limits to $0.40 per bushel from the current $0.30 per bushel, replacing a late April proposal to increase daily limits to $0.50 per bushel.

Under the new proposal, price limits will be $0.40 per bushel per day with a max of one increase to $0.60 per bushel. The proposal is pending Commodity Futures Trading Commission approval.
