Rogers will acquire German power electronic substrate products manufacturer, Curamik Electronics. The U.S. specialty materials company will pay €116 million for the Eschenbach-based company. The Connecticut-based company seeks to finance the deal through a mixture of borrowings under existing bank credit facilities and cash. The transaction is expected to be completed this week.
