Apollo Global Management is seeking to sell shares worth between $300 million and $500 million in an initial public offering, The Wall Street Journal reports, citing CNBC. The private equity firm has not yet finalized the size of the actual offering. Goldman Sachs, JP Morgan Chase and Bank of America will underwrite the sale. Apollo initially filed its prospectus with the Securities and Exchange Commission three years ago and has changed it seven times since then.
