Europa Capital’s Europa Fund III and Ediston Properties have bought seven office properties for about £65 million. The assets are located across the U.K and the name of the seller has not been disclosed.
Europa Capital was advised by Allsop and Cushman & Wakefield for the purchase. The partnership is seeking to invest an additional £150 million in both income and development assets in the U.K. office, retail and hotel sectors.
