Citigroup has appointed Izzat Dajani as CEO for Qatar, Bloomberg reports. He will take over from Farhan Mahmood, who will be head of public sector group covering the Middle East.
Dajani will be responsible for handling the bank’s operations in Qatar and heading Citi’s push to deepen client coverage in the country, adds Nasdaq. Before joining the U.S. bank, he was with Goldman Sachs Group as head of priority clients in the Gulf.
