HRT Participacoes em Petroleo is seeking to list its shares in Toronto and New York, Bloomberg reports. The Brazilian oil and gas company plans to have stock traded by the end of 2012 in Canada. The company will also list its stock on the New York Stock Exchange by 2015. Last year, HRT raised a total of $1.4 billion in an initial public offering.
