Harrison Street Real Estate Capital has closed its third real estate private equity fund, GlobeSt reports. The Harrison Street Real Estate Partners III was closed after the firm received commitments of around $595 million.

The portfolio has already invested over $530 million of its commitments in 24 real estate assets. U.S and European pension funds, insurance companies, endowments, foundations and family offices are investors in the fund.
