Norway SWF Invests €702M In Property JV

Norway’s sovereign wealth fund Government Pension Fund and Axa Real Estate have formed a joint venture to acquire a property portfolio.

Norway’s sovereign wealth fund Government Pension Fund and Axa Real Estate have formed a joint venture to acquire a property portfolio, Financial News reports. The wealth fund will commit €702.5 million to the venture.

The portfolio consists of seven office buildings in Paris, which will continue to be managed by Axa. The sovereign wealth fund has about €400 billion in assets under management.
