Denver-based investment manager Meritage Funds has appointed David Solomon as a managing director. At present, he serves as Chairman of the board of Meritage portfolio company IP Commerce. He has also worked as director of Meritage portfolio company Diveo Broadband Networks until its sale in December 2010. He was a co-founder of Meritage and has served as an operating partner of the firm since its inception.
