The U.K.’s Financial Services Authority has expanded its review of the structured products to providers and how they package their instruments. The review of the sector, which began in 2009, has focused on how the products are distributed and sold, but now, said Rachel O’Hare, a spokeswoman, the agency is “looking at both the design of the products and the way they are sold to people.”
