Troika Dialog has appointed Chris Weafer as chief strategist, Bloomberg reports. He will take over the new responsibilities from Kingsmill Bond, who left the private investment bank in March to join Citigroup. Weafer is joining Troika Dialog from UralSib Financial, where he was chief strategist in the Moscow office. He has also worked with ING Groep.
