Fidelity is mulling on the formation of an Indian investment trust, FundWeb reports. The new fund will be managed by Nitin Bajaj, who handles the investment management’s Fidelity India Special Situations Fund.

Based in Mauritius, the new vehicle will be a feeder fund investing in India. The trust is expected to target £100 million initially and be listed in London.
