Atrium European Real Estate has completed the acquisition of Palác Flóra shopping centre in Prague, Czech Republic, for €191 million.

Atrium European Real Estate has completed the acquisition of Palác Flóra shopping centre in Prague, Czech Republic, for €191 million, Property Week reports. The company, owned by Citi Property Investors and Gazit Global, has financed the purchase through a blend of debt and equity.

The Austria-based real estate investment company has bought the shopping mall from AFI Europe and Avestus Capital Partners. With the acquisition of the property, Atrium now owns 98 properties in the Czech Republic. On the transaction, the buyer was advised by CB Richard Ellis, adds Property Magazine International.
