Freedom Bank of Virginia has appointed Robert Willey as executive vice president, commercial banking. Based in the Fairfax office, he will assist in providing quality service to the existing clientele while fostering new relationships throughout the region.

Most recently, Willey was at Congressional Bank in Bethesda, Maryland, where he was executive vice president and chief lending officer. Freedom Bank is a community-oriented, locally-owned bank headquartered in Fairfax, Virginia.
