Real estate (RE) investment manager LaSalle Investment Management has entered into an agreement with RE investment company JER Partners to handle advisory or management functions for its 13 European portfolios. The deal is contingent to customary conditions and investor approval. The move is part of JER’s strategic refocus, aimed at streamlining its business scope and concentrating on the firm’s core strengths and capabilities in U.S. real estate investment markets. JER’s management teams in Europe and the U.S and its European fund investor base are being consulted for the deal.
