Stonegate Real Estate Investments has got $70 million to refinance two office buildings, GlobeSt reports. Wells Fargo offered two 10 year, fixed-rate senior mortgage notes for the four-building Urban Center in Birmingham and the Quail Springs Parkway Plaza in Oklahoma City.

A group of Jones Lang LaSalle executives, including Jimmy Board, a senior vice president, arranged the loan. Stonegate now has a $45 million mortgage on Urban Center, while the new mortgage on the Quail Springs Parkway Plaza is $25 million.
