Boston Properties is seeking to acquire Goldman Sachs’ London offices for £290 million, Bloomberg reports, citing Sunday Times. The firm is considering an agreement to purchase the offices at Daniel House and Peterborough Court.

Earlier this year, another London office of the bank near River Court was bought by Hong Kong billionaire Joseph Lau for £280 million, adds Financial News. Boston Properties is a real estate investment trust in the U.S. owned by co-founder and CEO Mortimer Zuckerman.
