WisdomTree is launching a small-cap equities ETF focused on Asia, Index Universe reports. The WisdomTree Asia Small Cap Fund will allow investors to access domestic economies across emerging nations.
The fund will allocate to companies that make up the bottom 10% of the aggregate market capitalization listed in the 10 largest countries in emerging Asia. The ETF will be benchmarked against an eponymously named index that uses a modified dividend-weighted strategy.
