The Michigan Department of Treasury, Bureau of Investments, is looking for new active international equity managers, Pensions & Investments reports. The managers will be appointed to run around 2%, or over $1 billion, of the total portfolio.

General consultant of the system Kuhns & Associates is assisting with the external manager searches. The bureau handles the Retirement Systems, Lansing, which totaled $51.36 billion as of March 31.
