Brompton, the parent of Brompton Funds Management, has sold the contracts to manage seven closed-end funds to Aston Hill Financial. The transaction is expected to be completed by July 27, 2011.
The funds include the Brompton VIP Income Fund, the Brompton Advantaged VIP Income Fund, the Brompton Oil & Gas Income Fund and the Brompton Advantaged Oil & Gas Income Fund. The transfer of the funds will not affect their investment objectives, investment restrictions, fees payable and redemption provisions.
