CB Richard Ellis has promoted Tim Gifford to the post of senior vice president for its capital markets group, GlobeSt reports. He will focus on investment, acquisitions, dispositions and financing of properties in the Latin American markets. Previously, Gifford was a liaison for the group’s services for institutional acquisitions. He will continue to serve as the connection for capital markets activities in Latin America, collaborating with the company’s representatives in London, Sydney, Toronto, Hong Kong and Singapore.
