Equity International (EI) has closed its latest investment fund. The EI Fund V is the firm’s biggest fund till date and includes $650 million of equity capital commitments.

EI will keep co-investing with selected operating partners in new and existing companies. Fund V is the fifth product in EI’s series of investment funds, totaling $2 billion, since the firm was established in 1999.
