Fixnetix, a U.K. technology company, is weighing a full or partial sale as it seeks partners to sell its trading tools around the world, Financial Times reports. Numis Securities and Appleby Capital have been hired as financial advisers to consider Fixnetix’s options.

The London-based group may either continue to develop the business independently or sell a stake in the company to a consortium of its banking and institutional clients or find a trade buyer. Interested firms include Telefónica, the Spanish telecoms group, IBM and the London Stock Exchange.
