The Crowne Plaza hotel in Shoreditch, London, will be sold for about £80 million.

The Crowne Plaza hotel in Shoreditch, London, will be sold for about £80 million, Property Week reports. Colliers International has been appointed by the administrators and LPA receivers to sell the asset. Malcolm Shierson and Martin Ellis of Grant Thornton served as the administrators and LPA receivers of the hotel. The hotel has a part constructed extension for bedrooms and restaurant which is expected to be completed by the end of this year.
