NASDAQ OMX Corporate Solutions and LOYAL3 have partnered to launch a new technology, Mondovisione reports. The new offering, which will be called Customer Stock Ownership Plan (CSOP), is designed to promote loyalty between brands and consumers.

NASDAQ OMX Corporate Solutions will offer access to the CSOP, powered by LOYAL3 that will allow companies to sell stock directly to customers. The CSOP will also be fully integrated into the Corporate Solutions range of services.
