Henderson Global Investors’ U.S. multi-family housing fund has raised an initial £66 million. The apartment fund Casa V aims to raise a total of £250 million, representing a gross portfolio size of up to £700 million.

The investment management services provider is expecting the final close of the fund in summer 2012. Sue Motowidlak and Jay Martha are co-portfolio managers for Casa V at Henderson.
