German REIT Alstria will acquire a German office portfolio for €85 million, PropertyEU reports. The portfolio, which comprises three office properties of which one is in Dusseldorf and two in Frankfurt, is owned by VastNed Office/Industrial.

The deal is anticipated to close within the third quarter of this year. The offices were considered non-core by Nieuwe Steen Investments, which is merging with VastNed Offices/Industrial.
