Tiger Global Eyes a $4 Billion Payoff

Two major venture capital holdings of Tiger Global Management Monday set terms for their initial public offerings.

And the Tiger Cub is poised to reap a total of nearly $4 billion in paper gains from the deals.

For example, Toast, the restaurant payments company, said in an amended regulatory filing that it hopes to sell nearly 22 million shares for between $30 and $33 per share.
