Is Uber Technologies the next value play? The ride-sharing pioneer’s recent management turmoil — capped by CEO Travis Kalanick’s resignation on Tuesday — has knocked down its private valuation to below $50 billion, according to at least one person knowledgeable about valuations in the private investment market.
