There’s one health care company that he presumably knows better than the rest at this point: Laboratory Corp. of America Holdings. Feinstein, 40, left Barclays in July to become senior vice president for corporate development and strategic planning at the Burlington, North Carolina–based outfit, which operates a network of clinical laboratories across the U.S. He leaves behind a bevy of impressed clients. “His arguments are always backed up by thorough, detailed research,” says one, while another credits Feinstein with “tuning out short-term market noise and keeping his focus on fundamentals.” |
