Despite February Gains, CTAs and Other Computer-Driven Funds Still Disappoint

The funds are still negative for the year, after a tough 2018 for many.

CTAs, trend followers, and other computer-driven funds squeezed out small gains in February.

But they continue to disappoint investors. They are still negative for the year, which is partly not surprising since the stock market has been so strong. After all, CTAs and their related strategies are touted for their virtual non-correlation to stock funds.
