II Rising Star Amish Mehta Threatens Proxy Fight With Yelp

The online business review company, which is the biggest long holding of Mehta’s SQN, reports earnings after Wednesday’s market close.

When Yelp reports earnings after the market closes Wednesday afternoon, at least one investor who will be closely scrutinizing the results will be SQN Capital’s Amish Mehta.

Back on December 10 Mehta launched an activist campaign against the online company known for its local business reviews.
