Goldman Sachs Group head of global leveraged finance Stephen Hickey is looking to retire at the end of the year.

Goldman Sachs Group head of global leveraged finance Stephen Hickey is looking to retire at the end of the year, Bloomberg reports. Craig Packer will be replacing him at the fifth-biggest U.S. bank by assets.

Hickey, who first joined Goldman in 1987, was in investment banking and the fixed income divisions in New York and London, before resigning in 1996. He rejoined Goldman as a managing director in 2000. He also sat oo the board of directors of the New York-based Loan Syndications and Trading Association between 2003 and 2007.
