Boston-based .406 Ventures has secured $95 million for its second fund, Mass High Tech reports. The venture capital firm is looking to raise a total of $175 million for .406 Ventures II LP.
The firm has added a total of 30 limited partners in the funding. The firm has filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission for the investment round. In March 2008, it raised its first fund at $167 million.
