Enterprise and mobile software company Sybase and global IT consulting firm Headstrong have formed an alliance. Sybase Event Stream Processor (ESP) will be combined with Headstrong’s Teevra real-time trade matching and Stride retail trading platforms.
Headstrong will be able to speed up the development of customer-facing financial applications leveraging high volumes of data from multiple sources in real time and helping in instantaneous trade verification, validation, market making and hedging. Sybase ESP allows software development firms to provide real-time applications, including continuous risk assessment and low-latency algorithmic trading.
