FrontFour Capital Corp., a privately owned hedge-fund sponsor, has hired CIBC Mellon to provide administration and hedge fund services. CIBC Mellon is a Canadian asset servicing provider.
The move is part of FrontFour Capital’s plans to grow its operations in the country. CIBC Mellon, which has more than $1 trillion in assets under administration, is 50-50 owned by Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce (CIBC) and the Bank of New York Mellon Corp.
