Taubman Centers is buying two shopping centers from Davis Street Properties, The Wall Street Journal reports. The transaction is valued at $560 million. The deal includes the acquisition of the Mall at Green Hills in Nashville, Tennessee, and the Gardens on El Paseo/El Paseo Village in Palm Desert, California. The purchase price consists of $206 million in assumed debt, as much as $80 million of subsidiary Taubman Realty Group’s units and about $274 million in installment notes.
