National Storage has partnered with Chicago-based Heitman LLC to buy 20 storage assets in Australia for nearly $175 million.

National Storage has partnered with Chicago-based Heitman LLC to buy 20 storage assets in Australia for nearly $175 million, GlobeSt reports. The properties were sold by APN Fund Management and the Investec Property Opportunity Fund. Australia-based National will run the properties under its present branding structure. The sites are situated in Sydney, Melbourne, Perth, Brisbane, the Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast and Hobart. The properties also include assets under the Wine Ark brand, a wine storage provider.
