Cathy Bell has joined CastleOak Securities as managing director and co-head of its municipal finance group. She will be responsible for boosting CastleOak’s municipal sales and banking capabilities.
Bell will be reporting to president and CEO David Jones. Before joining the New York–based investment banking firm, Bell was a managing director at Loop Capital Markets and a senior vice president at Advest and M.R. Beal & Co.
