Coutts & Co. has launched a new management structure for its U.K. business under the leadership of CEO Michael Morley, Citywire reports. The bank has also appointed Paul Smith from HSBC Private Bank.
Smith will be in charge of all Coutts regional offices in southern England and Wales. The firm’s U.K. business will now be led by six regional managing directors including James Fleming, Harry Keogh, Dylan Williams and Smith. They will be reporting to Morley.
