GCC Servicing Systems, a provider of mortgage servicing technology and solutions, has added workflow functionality to its G/SERV loan servicing platform. G/SERV automates all functions of loan servicing, such as loan set-up, cash management, escrow and insurance administration. The recent addition of workflow functionality will allow servicers to assign tasks and communications to individual users within the system. A new screen in G/SERV, known as Task/Message, makes the pending tasks or messages visible to each user. With this functionality, users are able to track tasks, next steps and messages related to Single Point of Contact.
