First State Investments is seeking to roll out an emerging market (EM) bond fund, FundWeb reports. The asset manager will launch the product next month. The move is subject to approval from the Financial Services Authority. The fund will be floated for the London-based fledgling emerging markets debt team, led by Helene Williamson. She has joined First State as head of emerging market debt team from F&C Asset Management, adds Investment Week.
