Dividend exchange-traded funds (ETFs) are increasingly in demand with S&P 500 dividends yielding more than the 10-year Treasury note, ETF Trends reports. With bond rates low and bank accounts yielding essentially zero, income-focused investors are looking for new avenues. They are looking for yields at the level of the S&P 500 or more, low volatility, funds that are not leveraged and not in industries they are not comfortable with. The IShares High Divdiend Equity Fund, Global X SuperDividend ETF and Guggenheim ABC High Dividend ETF are some dividend ETFs launched recently.
