Hermes BPK is rolling out a new seeding platform that will seek investments in early-stage hedge fund managers, HFMWeek reports. The $1.6 billion fund of hedge funds will launch the platform in partnership with Northern Lights Capital Group.
The fund will enable global institutional investors and pension funds with access to managers at the start of their growth cycle and seek to capture the return premium associated with investing in early-stage fund managers. The partnership will also offer sales and marketing resources to hedge funds.
