Claymore Silver Bullion Trust has filed a prospectus for a $75 million offering of hedged trust units, Investment Executive reports. The units are priced at $25.80 each and will trade on the Toronto Stock Exchange.
Investors in the units will get exposure to physical silver bullion with substantially all of the U.S. dollar currency exposure hedged back to the Canadian dollar. The offering is scheduled to close on September 7.
