Nordic Capital is set to sell its stake in Thule, Financial Times reports. The Stockholm-based private equity firm appointed investment bank Rothschild to examine a potential stock market listing or sale of the company.
The company acquired Thule stake for approximately €1.2 billion in 2007. The Swedish maker of car roof boxes, snow chains and trailers is also likely to raise about €4billion fund later in 2011.
