Trading platform PolPX is seeking acquisition bids from Scandinavian power exchange Nord Pool Spot, Dutch exchange APX-Endex, Polish grid company PSE Operator and the Warsaw Stock Exchange, Reuters reports, citing Rzeczpospolita. The Warsaw SE has bid for an 80 percent interest in the platform. The owners of the holding include Poland’s Treasury Ministry and power utilities PGE and Energa. PolPX specializes in energy and commodities trading.
