VTB Capital has appointed Ilya Veller as senior manager for equity sales, EmergingMarkets.me reports. He will be based in Moscow.
Veller joins VTB from UniCredit Securities, where he headed the special situations group. He has earlier also worked with Aton Capital Partners and Morgan Stanley.
